Megan's Story
Megan was born in Evansville, Indiana and moved to Muscle Shoals, Alabama nearly 10 years ago. In addition to the South and Midwest, Megan has also lived in California and Killarney, Ireland. Not straying too far from her birthplace, Megan attended Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This is where she earned her undergraduate degree and Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design.
Megan has been a Customer Success Manager with the Vazoola team since September of 2021. She brings many years of account management skills to the table. In this new role, Megan is determined to help businesses, both large and small, grow through personalized SEO strategies.
In her free time, Megan spends much of her time outdoors hiking the TVA trails with her daughter, Hadie, or beating her husband, John, in a game of pickleball. Summers are spent on the Tennessee River and the Bear Creek Lakes swimming and tubing. Not to be overlooked, most Saturdays in the fall are spent rooting for Alabama football – Roll Tide!!

If you could choose, what would be your theme song?
My theme song would be “Beautiful Day” by U2 because it reminds you to find joy in the little things in life.
What’s something that most people would be surprised to learn about you?
People would be surprised to find out that we have a tarantula named Cupcake as a family pet.
What’s your favorite athlete/sports team/superhero/video game?
While I love the Crimson Tide, I also root for my alma mater Western Kentucky University – Go Hilltoppers!
What’s your favorite season/holiday?
My favorite holiday is Halloween because we go all-out with the decor and have the spookiest house in the neighborhood.
What do you like best about your job/company?
The best thing about working at Vazoola is the comradery between employees. This says a lot considering we’re located throughout the globe.
